MY HIGH-TICKET MILLIONS METHODOLOGY CONSISTS OF FIVE PILLARS:

1. THE MINDSET OF AFFLUENT

You will have a deep psychological understanding of the 3 distinctive levels of wealth your clients will fall under.

• Mass-Affluent. Household incomes of $85,000 to $150,000 and / or net worth exceeding $250,000. This is the fastest-growing segment of the entire consumer market. They include families with young children; single-parent households, and many small business owners.

• Affluent. Those with household incomes of $150,000 to $250,000 and /or net worth including primary and additional residences’ equity, exceeding $1 million. I refer this them as middle-class millionaires.

• Ultra-Affluent. These with household incomes of $250,000.00 and up and /or net worth of $3 million to $10 million. Here we find the wealthiest of 10% of North America households as defined by net worth.

• Ultra-Ultra-Affluent. Household incomes of $1 million and up and / or net worth starting above $10 million but more commonly in the $20 million to $50 million range. Private jet owners fit nicely here and they also usually have multiple residences. Their ranks include CEOs, celebrities, executives, money managers, professional athletes, and successful entrepreneurs.

In most cases, you will not be as wealthy as the client you are selling to. What I show you is how to easily, comfortably, and successfully work with someone on any level of wealth while commanding full influence.

2. THE REALITY OF PREEMINENT
POSITIONING

In any market, the brand, the person and the business with preeminent positioning will always be the highest in demand. In this position, you command the highest price, you cherry pick your clients and you work exclusively on your terms that you set.

Most people never reach this level.

For those who do, the problem is few will ever figure out how to sustain and increase their status over time. Even fewer entrepreneurs of authority will reach their fullest potential because they have never learned about the dozens of strategic leverage points to fully monetize in their position of pre-eminence.
